Shipping & Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: Starts at 80 BDT base rate + 25 BDT per additional kg.
Outside Dhaka: Starts at 130 BDT base rate + 25 BDT per additional kg.

How Weight-Based Billing Works
- Base Charge (First 1 kg): Covers packaging and initial transit for orders up to 1 kg.
- Additional Weight Fee: Every additional full or fractional kilogram over 1 kg adds 25 BDT to the base charge.
Example Calculations
- Inside Dhaka Order:1 kg parcel: 80 BDT2 kg parcel: 80 BDT + 25 BDT = 105 BDT3 kg parcel: 80 BDT + (2 × 25 BDT) = 130 BDT
- Outside Dhaka Order:1 kg parcel: 130 BDT2 kg parcel: 130 BDT + 25 BDT = 155 BDT3 kg parcel: 130 BDT + (2 × 25 BDT) = 180 BDT
Terms & Conditions
- Order Processing: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout once the delivery address and total cart weight are determined.
- Tracking & Delivery: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided to monitor your package via our delivery partner.
Return & Refund Pollicy
Non-Returnable Policy
Because we offer items at wholesale prices, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is complete.
Damaged Product Exceptions
Returns are only eligible if the item arrives completely damaged during transit.
Verification & Inspection
- Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package directly in front of the delivery agent upon arrival.
- Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery agent or to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof Required: Requests made after 24 hours or without immediate notice will not be eligible for a return or refund.
When will I get my order?
After your order is confirmed, processing and transit times depend on your destination.
Inside Dhaka (3 – 5 Business Days)
Orders delivered within the Dhaka metro area arrive within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Local courier partners deliver directly to your address.
Outside Dhaka (5 – 10 Business Days)
Orders shipped outside Dhaka arrive within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation, handled by our regional logistics partners.

- Business Days: Deliveries are processed and completed on working days (excluding official public holidays and weekends).
- Dispatch & Tracking: Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your delivery status in real time.
- Unforeseen Delays: Heavy rainfall, road blockages, festive rush, or unexpected logistics delays may occasionally affect these timelines. Our team will notify you if any unexpected delay occurs.

- Daily Stock Replenishment: We receive fresh inventory daily, which means product availability changes continuously throughout the day.
- Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to shifting supply chain expenses, foreign exchange rates, and import duty costs.
Order Processing & Customer Verification
- Pre-Dispatch Confirmation: If a product’s price changes or an item experiences a stock issue after you place your order, our team will call you directly before dispatching your package. We will confirm the updated details with you before finalizing shipment.
- Pre-Booking Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, you can place a pre-booking request with us to reserve stock from our incoming shipments.
